I’ve held a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, beginning early in my childhood.  I’ve always seen the world through the eyes of a photographer, seeing the beauty in everything and everyone around me.  

My photography career began at a major newspaper in Florida when I was just a teenager. I began as a darkroom technician and worked my way up to staff photographer. It was at that newspaper that the art of photojournalism was introduced to me.  

 I use a photojournalistic style of photography even in my work today. I focus on and bring out the beauty and charm of my subjects, while capturing the emotions and excitement of the day. My photographs tell a story, a story that may long be relived through my work.
